Is something not quite right? Not to worry, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees to our warehouse in the UK.

Your watch must:
– Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Be unworn & returned in original condition.
– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.
– Include the original packaging.

Broadway Watches will credit the buyer within 7 days after receiving the return shipment. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.


Broadway Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own.

The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your item to be faulty, send us a quick email at support@broadway-watches.com and our customer services team will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
